Unbelievably fantastic experience. I worked with Alex to find the best fitting walking shoes. I walked out 100% satisfied with an extremely comfortable pair of shoes, way more knowledge about my feet particulars, what I should look for in the future, and am now a loyal lifetime customer. Went in a few days ago to buy a pair of generic sneakers - we are not a running family! The guy who helped us, unfortunately I never got his name, was beyond helpful, with no judgement or pushiness, just a genuine kind attitude. I've never felt more welcome and accepted in a running shop, and the respect and kindness we experienced will stay with us for a long time. Highly recommend visiting - staff are knowledgeable, a great selection of options, and the best experience I've had shopping in a long time. Thanks Milestone!

My boyfriend took me to Milestone Running last week as a surprise to get new running shoes. We were greeted by the kind staff and they were ready to be of service. I was not sure of what shoes or brand I wanted, but the man who helped us measured my feet, talked with me about varying brands (pros and cons), had me run outside to see how I position my feet, etc. I was able to try on several pairs of shoes, walk outside with them, around the store, etc. until I came to a final decision. The staff member was very knowledgeable and patient, and even invited me to Milestone’s weekly running club. 10/10 experience!

Phenomenal store! The staff are very friendly and have first hand knowledge on running, foot support. I ended up purchasing some awesome Asics gel cumulus shoes and a R1 Percussion massage tool to help with tight muscles in my legs and soreness. I was very happy with my purchase and will definitely return to this business for all my purchases!

I can't say enough good things about this place! My wife and I just stopped in to buy one new pair of shoes and we left with three, some socks, and a running shirt. The selection was awesome, we appreciated the safety protocols, and were very impressed with the knowledge, patience, and professionalism of the staff (Dillon and Darius). Thank you! We'll be back!

I've never bought running shoes from a running store. But I absolutely loved the shopping experience as a novice runner. I forget that running is more than exercise. It's a sport to some people. It makes perfect sense now. Though, I had no idea that there were "performance" running shoes. Definitely coming back here when I need more running shoes
